Version 1 Only: We have found that on certain computers, the forms do not properly load into the Acrobat Reader program. The Reader program will appear on your computer screen with a gray background. If this is the case on your computer, you will need to download the patch file, "IFS32.exe". Simply copy this file to the Illinois Forms System directory. When prompted to overwrite the existing file, click on the "Yes" button.

If you get the error, "Unable to register sstabs32.ocx", when installing the Illinois Forms System, you are missing certian Windows 95 file libraries required for the Illinois Forms System program.. Copy the following file into your \windows\system directory. Click on 'Start' then 'Run'. Type 'c:\windows\system\Patch01.exe' into the filename box , then click on 'OK'. Next, reinstall the Illinois Forms System program.
